How it works
Thank you for ordering at BSG Auto Glass's Online Store, please find the below information which will help you with a smooth ordering process:
General Order Information:
1/ All our windscreens are Shatter Proof and SABS approved; All work done by BSG carries ONE YEAR WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE from date of fitment;
2/ We do keep a wide range of windscreens, door glass, rear screens, taxi frames, rubbers, fitment consumables, fitment tools etc. As we only listed the popular ones on the website, therefore please email or call us for anything you can't find in our online store and we will be gladly to assist;
3/ When choosing a windscreen, please make sure you check all the details of the vehicle description, relate image of the windscreen and compare with your vehicle; we try to provide as much and accurate info as possible but permit us to have errors on certain info such as year models as there are many out there that can be bit confusing. Always chat to us if there is anything you not sure with and we will help you choosing the correct windscreen;
4/ All prices quoted in the store are including VAT and Fitment; Call out fee will be charged on mobile fitment. All prices excluding fitment consumables such as clips, windscreen moulding/rubbers if applicable. We will try our best to save the existing items but in some cases new ones have to be put. Universal rubber price from R150. Original moulding/rubber only available from agent. We will inform/quote customer before fitment starts and such additioanl cost will be at customer's account.
5/ As all windscreens listed in our store are manufactured in South Africa at our own factory in Johannesburg South, most of the times we do have stock of all these windscreens but in case we run out, it will only take us a few working days to fill up stock again. Please contact us in case your windscreen is out of stock and we will advise you with update on stock availability.
6/ Instore Fitment: You can change the appoint you made for In Store Fitment any time you want, simply reply to the Order Confirmation Email with the new date and time and we will get it done for you;
7/ Mobile Fitment-Please reschedule the Mobile Fitment at least a day before your scheduled appoint time by simply reply to the Order Confirmation Email you received with a new suitable date, we will reschedule and confirm with you.
Exchange and Returns:
1/ If you ordered the wrong windscreen, don't worry, we will gladly exchange the correct one for you and you just pay (or get refund) for the difference. When there are more than one windscreen for a particular vehicle, we normally will take all possible windscreens with the mobile team so we can fit the correct one;
2/ We will gladly refund you for glass not fitted/mobile team not dispatched or in case we do not have the correct glass; Unfortunately if a team has been dispatched with correct glass and you decided to cancel the order, we can only refund the glass portion and charge you the call out fee;
3/ In case stock becomes unavailible, we will refund you the full amount paid. All refunds will be processed within 15 days from date of cancellation of order.
