It all started with 26 different types and just over a thousand pieces of windscreens at a premises which was less than 300sqm in size. We now keep over twelve hundred different windscreens and more than two thousand different side and rear glasses. With two branches, 30 vehicles and over one hundred dedicated staff members, we provide the most affordable windscreens to the economical hub of our country Gauteng Province and beyond.  BSG now service hundreds of trade customers and countless private individuals including: Avis, McCarthy, CMH, Imperial, Super Group, Unitrans etc.

 

“Affordability” becomes a key factor for replacing cracked windscreens in recent years as the country is facing years of difficult economic environment. BSG understand the ever-growing needs of “affordable” windscreens which will do the least damage to the already shrinking disposable income of South African motorists due to rising living expenses and highest recorded fuel cost and many other financial pressures. In 2016, we started a manufacturing plant in the South of Johannesburg, a laminated windscreen factory now manufactures quality replacement windscreens at the most affordable prices which not only added much needed employment to the local economy but also provides motorist a chance to have their windscreens replaced at the lowest possible prices, which will result in a big improvement of road safety to everyone. As of November 2019, BSG’s factory in Johannesburg is SABS 1191 certified which makes all our windscreens SABS Approved!
